Customer terms
Bookings are requests for in-home cat sitting visits in the United Kingdom. A booking becomes confirmed when The Cat Whisperer accepts it and sends confirmation.
Prices are shown before confirmation and are based on the care package, visit length, number of visits and number of cats. Customers must provide accurate access, care, veterinary and emergency information. The sitter may refuse unsafe access or tasks outside the agreed visit.
Cancellation
Customers can cancel an eligible future booking through the protected My bookings area. For a service contract made online, the cancellation period will normally run for 14 days from contract formation, subject to the law and any applicable exception.
If a customer asks The Cat Whisperer to begin visits during that period, the customer may need to pay a proportionate amount for visits supplied before cancellation. Where a refund is due, the service team will confirm the amount and return it using the original payment method. A booking that has started cannot be cancelled automatically and must be discussed with the service team.
Emergency veterinary consent allows the sitter to seek urgent care when delay would risk the cat's welfare. Veterinary costs remain the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
